Friday, 20, October / Let's start a forum today

One week left until school is over and I am finally out of year 12 after..... er.... I'd rather not say how long i've been in year 12 for but i'll just say i'm more releived then anyone. Anyway I only recently got a reliable way to connect to the internet. I used to be a public internet junkie, I invented that term that made little sense. It means I didn't actually have the internet but still managed to find time to spend 3 or so hours a day on it at school at the public library or where ever else. So it was quite inconvenient I was addicted to the internet but I didn't have the internet.

So anyway under these recent circumstances, I was surfing arounf the net at school and I visited a small forum that I like to visit because I've made a few friends there and I thought, "hey how cool would it be to be the owner of my own forum". So sure enough I saw that this forums, called Final Fantasy Haven by the way was made by some sort of my free forums site. SO I went there and sure enough I have a practically completed forum that is ready to start receiving members. My mate Morik the Rogue joined from both FFH and Thefinalfantasyforums because I begged and begged and begged, as it was embarrising beging the Admin of an empty forum and then a few minutes later Boco joined also from both forums.

Because they were both Forum Whores I made them my first moderators.

Anyway enough about the internet, school is a social environment I'm going to lose soon and it's quite sad that I may never see some of my mates much again, but there are some that I'll make sure i'll be able to contact I might even force some of them to join this forum, and it will be full only of people I already knew, that's kind of sad.

Seeing as i'm not going on leavers with anyone, as most groups going are close knit groups of freinds and many of them have only known me less then a year. I thought it would be cool to see it my best mates from last year who'd already finished school then might want to go for a late leavers party, cause they didn't celebrate it in any special way either. Oh wait one of my best mates didn't even finish school.

Well i'll have to see what happens when I catch up with them on sunday. For the rest of today i'll just be working on this forum, and this style has to go, I can't read my own damn writing.

Saturday, 21st October/Surfin

Today I pretty much spend all my time on the internet, hey I do have a life just not today, for your information I'm spending tomorrow with my mates. Seeing as I only recently got the internet I'm still not sick of it and i'm still finding lots of fun things to do.

My work on the forum has slumped a bit as I'm not sure what else I can do until I get more members and i'm coming across a number of problems. Such as the fact that I can't get the stupid signitures to accept Html code and I can't get the avatar packs to work, which means I need to painstakingly add avatars one by one. The Html editing features are so bad that even a professor in HTML would have trouble changing it properly for this forum. I'll figure it out eventually I can change html and I'm not to bad at it, but this forums dosen't allow me to have any clue as to what i'm changing on it. I spent ages trying to put and add up that would bring people to my forum but it has had no effect, i'm only on 5 members. But I suppose I shouldn't expect much more already. What is sad though is that only one came of his own will, the rest of the members are mates from around the net.

I spent several hours on YouTube, which is so great by the way, I managed to recall some of my great monty python memories in the form of Every Sperm is Sacred, The Lumber Jack song and of cause the all classic SPAM! I also found a whole variety of parodies for Holy Hand Grenade which were hilarious.

Ha ha!, I nearly forgot I was meant to meet this chick I met while trying out online multiplayer Civilization III. For another game, but I found the last game so boring I was falling asleep and I'm even more tired today. Which is a shame because I enjoyed talking to her.

I've got a big day planned tomorrow, I'm going to a mates placed to play Magic with my mates all day and then i'm going to a LAN party being run by people at the school. The bad thing is that the LAN is going to go until 7:30am after which school will begin for the week in an hour. There are going to be alot of tired people tomorrow.

Sunday, 22nd October/No LAN

Today didn't quite go to plan, I went over to my mates place and played magic the gathering for most of the day. However I'm getting quite annoyed by the fact that my mates have already gone ahead and bought over 40 booster packs, and me 10. So I couldn't be expected to be much of a challenge. We did have an agreement once about only buying cards at the same rate so we would stay roughly on the same level. But one mate broke the rule and I guess my other mate thought, what the hell, I might as well break the agreeement too. See I don't earn as much money as them, I'm still at school and they've got jobs that classify as having good pay and they work a lot of hours. I did surprise myself however when I made a deck in 10 minutes that nearly won against their well prepared decks.

I made a stupid mistake about the LAN, I thought it was on sunday, asnd I missed out on it. I should really read things more carefully next time. So instead I spent some more time on the forums and found that my two best mates join as per my request earlier that day and I got another mate from school to join, so I've just about doubled the members today. I've also noticed that a lot of guest apear to be visiting the site, so my advertising measure seem to be working to a degree, but only one person has join of their free will since then, I need to make the forum more presentable. I've now got 3, or maybe only two active member so they should help make the forum look bigger with post counts. Lady Lucks forum only had about 4 active members so I think i'm getting there. Speaking of Lady Luck I havn't seen her post at her forum for a long time and Morik told me she had also disapeared from other forums that he goes to, hope nothing bad has happened.

I went over to my mate's place again and we watched a lot of good stuff on YouTube, including the World of Warcraft episode of South Park, which is a masterpiece by the way. Now i'm just going to watch some Please Twins before going to bed, I'm just waiting for it to load while writing this. I have an English exam tomorrow, but I'm not very worried because my teacher said that If I pass with 100% I'll get a B, and If I failed completely I'll get a B. Heh so maybe I could watch two or three episodes, heh yes I think I could get away with that.

Update: Noooo! I can't get Please Twins to work on YouTube and it looks really horible on Google Video. Maybe I shoud just see if I can borrow it off My anime mate, she should have bought it by now.

Monday, 23rd October/Tired

Yeah, I did end up staying awake too late last night, I spent most of it writing a topic a felt was a great start to what will hopefull be quality posts at this forum, it is located here http://allgoodthings.myfreeforum.org/ftopic21.php after writing this I decided to copy it and post it in other forums as an advertising technique for the forums, but it obviously isn't working because there have been no new members. Or maybe people have been visiting and then been turned away by the small size of the forum. What am I supposed to do though, how do you make it get large if people won't join to start with. I have to post in the introduction forum of TFF as I got 1 member so far from there, but that may have been blind luck. I need to try and make sure I get at least one or two more member before the end of today.

I slaughtered my English Exam, it was pretty easy and I'm ahead on it for when we continue it next lesson. A couple of people were disapointed that I didn't go to the LAN, so that they didn't think I was just stupid, I made up a story that my grandma's birthday kept me away. These last days of school are going to be a headache, mainly because of Cisco (Network administration course) because I still have so much work to do, and it is my most important class seeing as I want to be a Network Administrator when I finish school and hopefully eventually a Website Administrator. which I will need to take a certificate IV at Tafe for. But I'm worried that the course may not be availible here, or even in the city. I may have to go to another city to find a university that has it. This won't be for nearly a year however as the start of term for Tafe courses is September.

Tuesday, 24 October/More educational then school

First day in a while I havn't been tired out of my mind. I was up until 1am last night doing something I was finding surprisingly entertaining. I was watching peoples video blogs on YouTube (They should start paying me). Even the worst ones were worth my time and the best ones were actually interesting enough and strong enough to educate me, at least more then school has over the past term. It is really enlightening to see other people's points of view about things. From a black guy who beleives his soul is white and hate rap music, to a chick who has been acting out her blogs in the interest of her acting career. Her name is Lonelygirl15 and anyone who has been on YouTube long enough will know about her. She has actually become the most famous person on YouTube, along with Brooks. Brooks blogs I found boring, she was just a 20 year old who was acting like a 6 year old, I quickly got bored of that. Other greats were Retarded Foil Head, whose screenname name is HOTGIRLCALL911. He made extremely aggressive sexual joke, one about lonely girl and how he would like to and I quote "fuck her hard until she dies, while staring into her eyes and feeling pleasure down below". the random person who made a blog here and there was interesting to watch and mostly Demonikalfun, who is probably my favourite blogger at the moment. He isn't that funny but what he does have are these very interesting views on life and his dramatic blogs actually make you feel his pain with him.

Getting people to join my forums is becoming more and more frustrating, I havn't had anymore members yesterday, or today. So i'm getting annoyed, I still have a few ideas to try, but once those run out the forums might stay at 8 members forever, Morik could still be a hope too, he said he had ways to get some people to my forums, and it seems that he would have a lot of contacts around the net. I suppose he is a accomplished internet junkie, whereas i'm just starting out. It also isn't helping that only 3 of those members who have joined are active and I'm including myself in this count, so it is kind of sad. Oh yeah I tried joining a place called the RPGforums so I could advertise my forum in my sig and I got contacted by a moderator who said I wasn't allowed. WHAT GREEDY BASTARDS THEY HAD ABOUT 3000 Members. all I want is at least one or two a day. If only I could talk to Lady Luck I would ask her how she got 38 members, although only 4 of those were active. sigh! A forum was harder then I expected.

Wednesday, 25th October/Real Life?

I had to go to school today, on a wednesday Sad

. For those of you wondering in my town the curriculum was changed so that we only went to school 4 times a week but for longer on those days and had wednesday off. Anyway I had to go to school to get a whole bunch of tests done that I was behind on. But when I went to the effort of walking all the way there, my CISCO teacher was nowhere to be found and so I walked back home. Oh well, more internet time, little worried about my grade, but more internet time and so I was quickly absorbed into my computer and began unconciously typing.

It seems that the internet has been consuming me more and more lately, but I knew that would happen, it's why I've always wanted the internet back. Screw say WOW is addictive, the internet is addictive as well. But with what I've been doing with it lately I suppose I would call it more like T.V. I spent most of today watching Southpark episodes and also video blogs from this dude named Jakson. He's a pretty interesting dude and not gay like the last persons blogs I was watching. Since ThaMagicman like Demonickalfun (I wondered if he would be able to accept the fact he was gay). So basically I'm getting sucked further into a virtual life and I probably lucky my computer isn't good enough to play WOW on. Although WOW could be a waste of a person's time, I beleive that simply browsing the net and getting involved in educational projects such as building HTML skills, creating a forum and posting in communities such as TFF and now the RPGforums as well, is a good you of time and allows you to network freinds better then in real life. Not that I'm giving up on that entirely. It just that now that school is finishing I'm not going to be seeing a lot of my freinds anywhere near as often. But I'm lucky anyway to have gotten a longer school life then most other people.

Creating the forum as nearly brought me to the edge of my sanity, I can't get people to join, I wonder what Morik is trying. Anyway I've concluded that i'm probably going to have to make the forum look better to get people to join, to do this I'm going to go and see right after I finish this entry, if someone can make a cool banner to replace that stupid cronicles logo at the top of the forum and I'm going to check a post I made ages ago in the myfreeforum, support forums. A forum about forums. I'm not ready to admit defeat yet, somehow people get people to join in these early stages and I just need to find out how.

Update: Well It looks like one more person is about to join, but again I had to ask him directly, It's going to be anoying if that is the only way I can get members, I will feel wierd asking people out of the blue, I'll be an annoying doorknocking sales person.

I may still be able to meet my goal of a member a day overall.

Thursday, 26th, October /Piano Lessons

The stupid school, is making it very hard for me to visit a lot of sites on the internet at the moment. they have to just go ahead and ban the whole internet because they are too lazy to just try and ban the offending sites. Anyway late last night I started a My Space, I havn't done anything with it yet and I would be if I could get to it. But i'll just have to wait until I get home.

I went around and sent messages to a whole lot of people I kind of knew on forums asking them to join my one. I sent about six so I'm expecting at least one or two to join. I might be lucky and all of them will. The other question however is whether or not they'll be active.

I think it might be interesting to start a video blog on you tube, I might get a webcam and do so at a later date.

The posibilities of YouTube are still surprising me, I've just found out about video recordings people have made about them playing a variety of video game music on the piano. I think for some of them at least I might be able to learn to play them by watching the videos. So I'm going to try it tonight. I might need to wipe some cobwebs and dust of my keyboard though. I'm hoping to learn the Final Fantasy songs, Prelude, Melodies of life and To Zanarkand. I wanted to try the Zelda theme but hat looked imposible, how can someone even move their fingers that fast?

Evangelist Preist finally posted in this forum, I sent him a PM but I don't think he knows how to use that yet. Using my super admin power, I played a little joke putting put something in his post saying "Someday I'll Post" right underneath where he wrote "Someday a Lemming will fly". I know I shouldn't use my powers to do that, but I couldn't resist.

Ah, it looks like Zelda's Lullaby might be learnable from the Zelda piano compilation. In fact it should be the one I start with. wish me luck.

Friday, 27th, October /Fat

I got 3 new members today, yay that's a record for one day. I should've gotten more with how many messages I sent out and the people who did join weren't who I expected at all. I need to make it so that this forum stops being a total sucky piece of ass. I've ordered a forum banner from Inferno's sig shop in TFF and that will be the main thing I need to make the forum look more professional. I've joined another forum called The Kingdom Key so that I can use my sig to advertise their, and also of course to show respect to good ol Boco. He hasn't posted here though but that's understandable since he is the Admin of a forum 8 times bigger then mine and is still being active in an actual good forum, TFF.

At school we watched I'Robot in English, ate Mcdonalds in Industry Information Technology and I visited my forum in CISCO. I also had a good chat with my friends at school known as the Ampitheatre gang. It's unfortinate I'm not going to see a alot of them again. Nothing else really interesting happend there.

For the first time this week I went to the gym, which is something I really havn't been doing as often as a should. You see i'm a fatass, well not quite but i'm getting there. The contrast that makes me feel so bad about it is that I used to be a fit, heathy Teakwondo trophy winner, with a body that was pretty much perfectly slim. Now 3 years later after quitting that sport and having way too much take-away and coca-cola I have a very noticable belt of fat around my waist and my stomach has grown about two inches out. So then I joined the gym and the person who assessed me said I was in very bad shape and that I need to change my diet immediately, because I have Tachycardia and so on. Anyway I was in bad enough shape that they considered my one of those special clients that needs to take it easy, just like someone who's mobility was hindered due to fat. I wasn't exactly at the point of being seen as fat. But because I'd grown a lot larger then I was in a short amount of time it cause a lot of other problems due to unhealthy diet unrelated to the amount of weight I put on.

So anyway I went to the gym and worked out, normally I have some headphones that allow me to watch southpark while exercising, which is awesome. But today I forgot to bring them and hard to go without. Anyway I went harder then I normally do and nearly made myself sick, and to keep myself from giving up, I just said in my mind "You deserve this you fatass, dosn't that Mcdonalds taste good now", so out of anger at myself I worked out nearly to the point of vomiting.

Lastly I watched this interesting Sci-fi Movie called 12 Monkeys.

Saturday, 28th October/I'm a Ninja

Today, did have quite a bit to do with Ninjas, since I didn't really have anything to do. My subscriptions at YouTube had nothing the forums was pretty quiet and Gemanite's Video Blog's were refusing to work. I decided to try something new, on YouTube. I first tried looking on YouTube for the Happiness Anime I saw yesterday, but there were so many keywords on YouTube that matched happiness that I couldn't find it. So I had a look in the Top Rated video and of the first 10, episodes of Naruto took up three, so I decided maybe that could posibly be worth watching. It was and kept be occupied for a good portion of the day and being my first encounter with NINJAS.

While I was watching Naruto I got a phone call from my grandma who was quite distressed and told me to get my mum and it was urgent, so I did. My Mum was talking on the phone and was saying "Oh my god she didn't" Also sounding distressed. So I demanded that she told me what was going on. If I knew the answer I wouln't have wanted to know, but then if I knew the answer I would have already known. She said "Raider (Big Dog) attacked Pippy (Little Dog) and Pippy's Eye popped out. I felt traumatized by that information for a good while.

Then other entertaining but annoying thing happened as I was trying to start a detailed topic in myorums, one of my Moderators have a long argument with me by PM that my rules in my forum were crap and what not. While I was asking him for his phone number several thousand times as I was looking forward to an opportunity to try my new Skype program. It was pretty cool, I'm going to get my friends to download it so we can all call each other for free by our computers.

So then I went to ThaMagicMan's place and we watched some stuff on YouTube while waiting for a movie we were going to see to starts. That's when we encountered "Ask a Ninja" which was a really humourous set of Video's about well Ninja's and stuff. There for being my second encounter with a NINJA.

I went and watched a movie called Children of Man or Men or something and then went home, where I had to navigate my wa around to the back of the house, because the front door was locked. That was when, because of my super stealth skills and invisibility during the night I did not wake anyone who was sleeping. So I found out that I was a NINJA.

Sunday, 29th October/I ate today

Today started with my freinds beeping out the front of my house because my stupid alarm clock failed me again, it only has a 50% success rate. Mainly because I'm normally to tired to check all the dials and buttons that need to be push for the damn alarm clock to be set. My phone was so much more reliable.

So we ate and then we played Magic: The Gathering and I was a pretty cool game where my two opponents saw me as weak and unthreatening compared to them and only focused on each other, until I managed to execute a plan they weren't expecting that brought the player everyone thought was going to win into last place. That was cool.

We then ate and watched some more Ask a Ninja for a while.

Then we ate before having a game of D&D which we havn't played for a while because I guess we were getting a bit bored of it, especially me DMing for players that winge and complain until I let them use every variant rule in the Unearthed Arcana. Anyway this game went okay and I seemed to be faster at running the battle even though I thought I would be out of practice.

After that I went and ate something and watched a few more episodes of Naruto, while talking to 2 dudes on MSN and talking through Skype to another dude. Then I watched some more Ask a Ninja, because that is just too awesome not to watch, oh and I watched some retarded foil head which is also very good, but there arn't many of them.

My final day of school ever is tomorrow and after that is muck up day. I have one assignment left, but I so badly don't feel like doing it, My last assignment ever in my whole life, unless I decide to go to TAFE and Uni later. I mean is it really worth doing, it won't bring my grade below a B and it is a horribly boring on on top of that. The main thing I'm worried about is when my teacher gives me the disapointed look of self guilt and doom. Oh! I just had a very evil idea that obviously came from my devil mentality. "Wag, school when that class come up", well I think it is one of the last classes of the day. It's just that I've kept a record of never wagging class this year, which is more then I can say for last year. Arg! I think I'll have to think about it tonight and make my decision when the moment of doom arrives. Oh! another thought I might see my teacher at Muck-up day.

What a hard decision!

Monday, 30th October/Last Assignment Ever

My Alarm Clock failed me again, I was meant to wake up I 7:15am, and I woke up at 11:30 am. Making me really late for school. So I hurried there as quick as I could and managed to catch the last 15 minutes of my IIT class and then went to lunch, after which I had two free periods. I ended up making the right decision and got as much of my final assignment done during those free periods as I could, It was impossible to finish all of it, but I at least made an effort. I should still have the highest grade in that class and i'm expecting a certificate of some sort recognising that at either the farewell assembly tomorrow or at the graduation ceremony, which I think is in a month.

My forums have been dead for to long and it is about time I did something about it but i'm going to have to waiting until these few busy day are over. I should then be able to devote a lot more time to my internet addiction. I need to act before the members that are currently in my forum lose interest and leave.

I went to the gym again but surprizingly I was only able to exercise for half the time I did last time before I was sweating like a hog. I was probably because of the hot days we are getting with the approuch of summer. Which isn't good because it seems I've only decided to get really serious about the gym just when summer starts. I was going to spend half of the week on cardio to lose weight and the other half on weight lifting to gain muscle, which I learned helps to burn fat. But I decided I need to lose the weight first and then prevent it from coming back, so I'm going to focus strictly on cardio for a few weeks.

Back home I tried a Skype conference call with two of my mates, It was pretty bad as there was a second of lag and we kept on trying to speak at the same time and distorting the message, which made it pretty difficult. ThaMagicMan said however that he thought PMs were a better way to communicate. No way Skype definately beats just exchanging emails. Talk between 3 people may have been fairly hard but two people is good.

I'm going to consider becoming more active a TFF again. Although this wasn't what I expected I would be doing when I finally had broadband, I though I would be playing games and stuff, but instead I'm making and posting in forums and watching free anime and other stuff on YouTube.

Tuesday, 1st November/Muck-up Day

This is my Final day of school and here it is known as muck-up day and involves a lot of the school leavers playing pranks on the school which may or may not go too far. Last year 4 people stripped down to their boxers and gladwrapped themselves to the four flagpoles out the front of the HUB (School Lobby) from about 4am in the morning until a hour after people started showing up for school. So I showed up to school early as I wanted to make sure I wouldn't be late. Before I could locate any of my friends one of the Fitzgerald twins came up to me and wanted me to into town with him and basically hangout until the farewell assembly started. So I did, he's pretty cool although I'm not sure why he'd want to hangout with a nerd like me. Anyway when I got back by hitching a ride with this other dude, I saw some of the pranks that people had played this year. The flags had been taken down and was replaced by a large flag that read, "So long and thanks for all the fish!" and their was someone gladwrapped to the front door of the HUB. That would have been so funny to the deputy principle who would have opened that door to get into the building.

I then went to check out the General Studies building (Classrooms) to see what happened there as I heard there were a few things. The front gate had been wrapped from top to bottom with gladwrap and make a web of stuff that people had to make their way through and they were also put in front of the stair leading up to half of the class rooms, as I was exploring it I put my hand on the rail of the stairs and got honey all over my hand.

The farewell assembly was amusing as it always has been with one of MR Hubery's speeches being comedic highlight. The silly awards were given out and probably the funniest, or at least one I understood the context to was the "which one am I again?" award given to the Fitzgerald twins, because they couldn't tell themselves apart in a photo.

After the assembly we all came out to receive our report and hang around for a group photo. My mum who came to the assembly gave me $100 because MR Hubery was telling all the students to get money off their parents while they could because this would be their only chance to. So my mum followed that advice without me even having to ask. My report card was B,B,B,C with the classes being Senior English, Buisness Information Technology, Industry Information Technology and Systems technology. I like my technology don't I.

With the $100 dollars I went into town and bought a game called Canis Cadem Edit, which I thought I would never be able to afford, but they didn't have any copies left so I pre-ordered it instead. When I came home I actually didn't feel like going on the internet and instead played some N64 on my computer for the rest of the day.

Wednesday, 2nd November - Saturday 4th November/New Video Game

So my game Canis Cadem Edit arrive at about 11am the next morning, Woohoo!!

So I was pretty much playing that eating, sleeping and playing that. I didn't have time to have any cool philosophical thoughts or inventions so there is really nothing to read about for these few days. I was hoping to keep a journal entry everyday, but sometimes they are just to uninteresting to talk about. But the game was awesome, trust me.

Sunday, 6th November/New DM for a day

Sundays are the most eventful, me and my two best mate meet up every sunday to hangout. Today we just started to play D&D and one of my mate decided to be DM today, wow I don't think I've ever not been DM. I made the game alot more fun and I hope it happens again. Anyway most of you probably don't care about that.

Me and my mate hung around and had a really long chat about like the world going to crap and how cool time travel would be. I learned recently that the first computer could have been built in 1837 and that it wasn't built because the government wasn't interested. It made us think what if and that we could have already been in the year 2400-500 by now if not for the dark ages and that we could already be in the theorised Star Trek age. Yes I'm am a biy of a Trekkie.

When my mate drove me home to drop me off we actually just sat in the car and chatted for a couple of hours, those sort of long chat are always good to have but don't happen every day. Anyway not much happened that would be interesting to other people bye.

Monday, 7th November/TFF

What a day, I decided to get back into the TFF forums and it was a lot of fun. I had kind of forgotten how fun I find forums. Since I spent the entire day on TFF no other aspects of my life progressed today except that my graduation is coming up very soon.

The night before it was probably this morning actually, I saw someone who had the username Setzer and I thought hey I should go send him a pm going LOL our names are similar lol. Then the next morning I got a message back from him and we eventually started talking on msn for quite a long time about cool stuff. Setzer gave me the idea to ask Lococolt about giving me the posts from my very old account on TFF which had been delete due to not being used. When I joined up a month or 2 ago I tried to reuse my old account but I was gone so I had to make a new one. Any way I thought that idea was a little silly because I had no proof that my account ever existed and I didn't know If Lococolt would beleive that I'm not just some newbie trying to find a way to scap some posts. But Lococolt beleived me and he credited 400 posts to my account. I was awsome although I couldn't help but think Lococolt mad it a little to easy for me, If I was just some newbie lying about it then it would have been too easy to unfairly get posts.

So then I posted a whole lot because the the magic number of 1000s was a lot closer then before and it seemed acheivable now. I then had a chat with a TFF contact who had kept quiet in my MSN contacts for quite a while. I just thought she may not have been interested in talking to me. But she said hello and we had a good chat, since she seemed interested in talking about the forums and I was an active member now. Then at about 1am in the morning when I was watching some Southpark on Youtube and planning to go to bed soon someone in the forums added her name to my Msn contacts and we started having a good chat causing me to stay up a little later then I hoped but I was worth it because she started flirting with me and I flirted back and it was a lot of fun. I hadn't had this sort of conversation on MSN since I was active at TFF 3 years ago. All the good thing that made it great experience then were making it a great experience now. So in short I'm going to be a lot more active on TFF now because the awards are worth it.

Tuesday, 8th November/Trying to take over the world...........wide web

I was meant to wake up at 7am this morning so I could go to my cisco class but because of my stupid alarm I didn't go until 8:40am. so I missed half of the class. My alarm was definately set this time so maybe I just sleept through it, I need a louder alarm, or maybe a bucket of water that'll soak me in the morning. So I rushed to the class and because I didn't go when I was meant to earlier in the week I had a lot of work to catch up on.

I then went straight to TFF and started trying to post like mad, but I had already posted in every topic in GC and their were no new topics. So I had to start branching out to other forums. I made probably the largest post I had ever made a a thread Lucifer' made and found my self writing a piece of art that I thought was awsome and Lucifer' liked it too. other then that no posts were particularly interesting.

I hung around on YouTube too and watched a couple of episodes of futurama. But I've found my internet connection seems to be getting slower. I used to be able to load 3 7 minute clips at once and browse around while waiting. But now I can only load one and then if I visit and new pages it will stop loading and not continue unless I delete all my offline tempory files and then try again, starting the download from scratch and losing all the other videos i'd already loaded. I wonder why this is happening, if it keeps up I'll no longer get awesome enjoyment from YouTube.

My Forums still arn't growing any larger. Even though I would have thought being active on TFF would have more people seeing my ad and visiting. I mean I join FFH the exact same way so why can't people visit mine.

Early in the morning at about 2am I decided to go and see I strongbad emails were still any good seeing as I was 3 years older then when I use to watch them. I don't think they were as funny as I remember but I still got a few laughs out of them.

Wednesday, 9th November/True Boredom

Again my computer is still getting slower with each passing day and now on Youtube it is painfully hard to watch any movies longer then 5 mins. Because not just is it going slower then ever but whenever I try and browse pages while I'm waiting it stops loading and stuffs up. Even going on TFF is getting harder because pages often half load and then stop and the only thing I can do is refresh. The problem could be the server i'm accessing the internet off, because we have two computers and I use a wireless connection to the other one. I think that other computer is getting problems of it's own.

On top of that when I loaded an episode of the Simpsons that took painfully long to get and I was just lying on the couch with nothing better to do while I waited. The sound turned out to be horibly 5 seconds behind what was happening on the screen, which made it unwatchable. So then I decided to just log off the internet and find something else to do, so I started playing FF6 on an emulator and then after not saving for a long time I Alt+Tabbed out of it and then couldn't get back into the programs.

Then because I was so bored I went to sleep for 5 hours at 2pm in the afternoon and then went to bed again at 12am at night. I tried to make some posts on TFF but I realised that because I made so many posts over the last two day their weren't enough new topics being make for me to have anything to post about.

I also would have thought that since I've been very active on TFF that people would have seen the advertisement to my forums and that I would have had some more member by now, but it obviously isn't working
