The Nintendo Wii is coming out soon and the main thing that make it better in my opinion the other consoles is the controller.

I've actually read several articles about the Wii and the controller sounds amazing. For those of you who havn't heard it actually required you to move your arms to perform many actions in the game. First person shooters and as a particular example Metroid Prime 3 will have you move with the analog stick and point and shoot your enemies with the movement sensitive controller (called the Nunchuk). Wii Sports which will be coming out as a launch title with have you actually swinging the controller to hit the ball in tennis and golf. In the legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess which will also be a launch title the controller will be used to aim and fire his bow and hookshot and in the fishing minigame you'll actually be using the controller and pulling back on it and then putting it foward again to give the line slack like in real fishing.

yeah the wii looks the best out of the 3 new consols its revolutionary.
So far iv not been very happy with the Xbox360 its lack of worthwhile games is shite so far oblivion was cool for a while but perfect dark = shite compared to the original
im hangen 4 super smash bros on wii oh yeah baby and 1st person shooters yeah and the Wii is only cheap like 400$ australian
the playstation 3 is gonna be like 1000$ aust it better be F...ing good for that price, DS wasnt exactly the best buy niether
does anyone have an opinion on the PSP I aint played it id like to hear some points of view.
when it comes down to it its always nintendo that bring out the cool new things.
cant go wrong with a pc.

But yes it was funny, although very uninformative. Maybe Nintendo are going to drop their kiddie image at last.

Believe it or not setzer in this one occasion I’m innocent i just decided to c if i could find something on you tube about the wii and i did and it was funny so i posted it. but yes i did find it again later when i typed something naughty that i will not disclose to the masses.
it wasn’t very informative but it was cool as iv watched it like 4 times lol

I belive the production of games on the 360 has started to pic up some pace over the last couple of months and of course there is bound to be a surg in the amount of games released over the crissy hollidays. The only problem is half the games available are either driving sims or FPS.

I doubt i'm ever going to want to buy the PS3 or X-BOX360, they arn't doing anything original it's just more of the same games I've already gotten sick of. As ThaMagicMan often says these games are too old to play. they just have better graphics. So it seems that PS3 and XBOX360 are just trying to show off their hardware rather then actually make good games. Perfect Dark, words can't describe how disapointed I was with that. It has less feature and options then the original Perfect Dark, trading graphics for fun, lastability and gameplay just isn't worth it in my opinion. With the Wii we are going to see games that can't help but be original and the number of launch games is already beating the number that was availible witht the Nintendo Gamecube, Later i'll post a complete list it's in a magazine at home.

For one graphis isn't the only thing they inproved in perfect dark Zero. there were othere elements such as carrieing capasity, inproved AI, varied loading times for each weapons, detaild levels and the ability to take cover that combine to make a more realistic and tactical experience. As for options and features, I never played the original so I can't make a comparision. The things that i thought made it substandard were visability in the game, caracter models were hard to see in urban levels couple that with them jumping like jackrabits at lightning speed the multipayer game quickly became about who was the best shot and tactics whent out the window.

Yes the Wii will be great and with it and my 360 by my side Wii could acomplish anything .
But after all the hipe about the machines it's down to the game makers to make either system worth it's price tag, although I've herd the Wii will be able the surf the internet which will be usefull to those who can't afford a computer, i wonder if u can plug in a keyboard

Ok so i heard in my english class the other day that PS3 games will be close to 100 dollars for each one....now if that is true the Wii will kick the crap out of PS3...so now if i do understand correctly...this is also the last main console of Nintendo....is this also correct so if this is the last one or rumored to be it....people will want to buy it even more because it's the last main game console.

Last main colsole, who did you hear that off. Why would Nintendo make it their last console and are you sure your source is reliable. Maybe it could be thier last console if they are unsucessful with the Wii, but with the way things are going it looks like it's going to be very popular.

I went into the game store the other day and I saw the controller for games that don't use the remote, and it sucks, more then the early Xbox controllers and even has less buttons, it's like they put all their effort into the remote and none whatsoever into the normal controller. As i undersad it the conroler shiping with the Wii will be used for all the Wii games, all game cube games will use the game cube controler as ports ar provided on the Wii console and all other games will use the classic controler. I'm not entirly sure what controler the N64 games will use.

Err I read that the classic controller will be used for Super Smash Bros Brawl but hopefully it wont and will be a bit imaginative with the controller
